Book With Me

As a Registered Psychologist, I help people develop strategies to cope with stress, improve relationships, and heal from trauma.

My name is Vicki Juneau.

Welcome to Integrative Psychological Services

My Approach

Through my decades of experience working as a therapist with couples and individuals, I have come to learn that both the mind and body equally share the impacts of painful emotional experiences. This means that our nervous system and emotions can become dysregulated and overwhelmed with stress, which can ultimately lead to experiences of depression, anxiety, and emotional imbalance. I believe that by working with a safe, qualified, and effective therapist, you can process these emotions through the body, and create a more balanced and harmonious way of living and experiencing the world.

Education and Training

I have worked in the counselling, assessment, and mental health field for over 25 years. As a Registered Psychologist, I have a Master Degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Victoria. Having gone on to complete hundreds of hours in post graduate clinical training, I use a variety of tools to help my clients process trauma and traumatic stress, including EMDR and Neurosequential Mapping.

As a couples therapist, I am trained in both Gottman Therapy and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and I utilize a trauma informed approach with an integration of attachment, neurobiological, and strength-based perspectives to help people move towards safe relationships and healthy connection.
